Questions
What counts as a scan?
Each chart aChordim reads for you uses one scan. If a scan fails, it is returned to you automatically. Monthly scans reset at the start of each billing month.
Does every band member need a paid plan?
No. Joining a live session is free on every plan. Only the person who creates the session needs Pro. Singers and presenters join with no signup at all.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from the Plans page in the app. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. See Refunds & cancellation.
How do I pay?
On the web, checkout is handled securely by PayPal. In the iPhone app, purchases go through your Apple Account.
What is the Songbook plan?
A one-time $9.99 purchase instead of a subscription: unlimited saved songs and 20 scans, with nothing to renew.
